Just put in a new ACS 5 system. It has large PC Card voicemail. I never want the AA to answer the phone. The place is open 24/7 and someone is always there. If I use #206 and make sure all lines and hunt groups are not setup for AA is that all I need to do?

I have another question. Our facility is open 24/7. At night there is no Receptionist, if a call gets missed on the floor, and the caller does not know the extension they want to call. The caller will get xfered to the Receptionist phone then her voice mail. How can I make the xfer(night only)...

I do not want the AA to answer day or night until after 4 rings. I set #321 to 4 on all ext and #506 to 4 on both day and night for all lines. What else do I need to do?
