I am an IT guy and I was wondering how he did it as well 8-)
At the same time is there a way of applying some kind of group policy to handheld devices? The devices we use all get plugged into a cradle with and RJ45 connection but all then configuration is done manually.

It has been decided that the only way around this problem is to do some development work and create a proper database that they can use to track the mail properly.

We have some mail-in databases for mail that is sent from our web site.
The problem is that when the users reply to the mail their personal email address is shown.
eg "sent by joe.bloggs@org.com" instead of "webmail@org.com"

The users at this place i work at are crap at letting each other know what is going on....

You are correct.
However that will send an "Out of Office" message to each person that sends you an email, but only once.
For instance if I send you 100 emails I will only get 1 "Out of Office" message.
What my demanding user wants is an "Out of Office" message...

I have a similar problem but it is my remote users on the weekend, so real time doesn't help....
I am logging all fields and generating a daily report but it doesn't tell me which user went to which site.
Is it the way I have set up the report or am i missing something in the ISA...
