simple yes or no, outlook.

We are considering getting outlook to replace out lotus notes, but ive never worked with outlook in a networked environment.
One thing we definately need to be able to do is share a calender, between about 150 of us. is this possible?
each person needs to be able to edit their own calender, but everyone needs visiblity of everyone elses calenders without having to open and close all 150 of them, is this possible?

Lotus Notes 6 has the most awesome calendar functions. For 150 users it would be perfect.
