I cannot recall when this started or how it came about...but everytime a user starts Win98 unit, she gets the Distributed Com Properties screen......I checked startup and nothing is there...any suggestions would be well appreciated .... for the most part she cancels out and continues ok....

I don't know what this all means and I don't know anything about Netscreen ..my tech is out....Cannot get mail in or out.....only thru Exchange Web access........all mail is being received and not bounced so looks like Exchange is oK..........Thought might be something with Netscreen...

We are constantly having files remaining open on the server. Users costantly say that they are closing app down properly but network administrators are constantly having to go to server console and manually closing files......is there a way to have a function or utility to do this from user end?
