How to put a disclaimer in Exchange 2000

What I am looking for is, whenever a new e-mail is sent out, the exchange should put a disclaimer in the bottom. I know that we can always configure Microsoft Outlook to do so, but I would love it if there is some way to do it on the server itself.

Unfortunately this is not possible with ms Exchange. you must buy thirth party software to do this. There are serveral applications to do this like:

I see that the Gfi Mailessentials is also used for anti-spam. Can anyone tell me how good it is in achieving anti-spam.

I downloaded the product from Mail Essential's trialware which includes the Disclaimer function. It is now freeware and will not expire when trialware does.....its working well......
