Same here. When a user clicks to expand folders in OWA, the same message is returned. However, in my instance, the Public Folders are not visible to users in OWA, despite the fact that they are in Outlook.
Any suggestions/ideas?

You can select the "Filtering" tab in GLOBAL SETTINGS > MESSAGE DELIVERY in your Exchange 2k System Manager, and indicate individual users/email accounts in the filter list (i.e., dodgy@somewhere.com) or entire domains (i.e., *@somewhere.com)
