Acess Denied Error in owa

When user trying to access OWA (exchange 2k) from IE, he gets "ACCESS IS DENIED YOUR BROWSER SECURITY SETTINGS WILL NOT ALLOW TO ACCESS THIS PAGE"... I reffered microsoft knowledge, none of their suggestions worked... chaning security settings.... Any Advise...

*note SP2 installed in Exchange 2k. It did work for a while not sure what changes he made in browser... he just having trouble for past few days..

Are you still able to access the email in OWA? I get the same error when I try to expand my folders in OWA, but it still lets me look at it for some reason.

Hey all:

Same here. When a user clicks to expand folders in OWA, the same message is returned. However, in my instance, the Public Folders are not visible to users in OWA, despite the fact that they are in Outlook.

Any suggestions/ideas?

install the new service pack for exchange. That is what fixed it for me
