The tool you're looking for is the magic wand tool, which can be found as an extension off the mask tool on the tool bar. You can select this tool by pressing the W key.
Once selected on the magic wand tool, the next step is to set this tools power level. Make sure your Tool Propery Bar is...
I'm looking for a way to grab a freshly uploaded vector graphics file (any standard format like ai or eps) from the server and generate a small gif or jpg display of it.
I've searched high and low for vector to bitmap and mostly come up empty. Even a point in the right direction would be sweet.
I'm trying to replace/modify the nav buttons that appear directly below the form footer. I have a form that uses two sub forms, both dependant on the form before it (EI. Parent-table, Sub-table of parent, Sub-table of Sub). All three of these forms need some kind of navigation in order to get...
For an Example of these nav buttons w/ a sweet rollover, check out http://www.raisedletter.com
Starting with a blank (white) screen, click on the rectangle tool. Using the tool bar, make adjustments to rounded corners (try 25-35). Then select a color (darker than mid-range, not black).

Thank you very much for the responce, it's very helpful. Also, I must say, your sample values are acually part of our product line, fancy that. the value would have been $675 per unit, the MOST expencive single unit in our catalog. psychic programming, very fancy.
Thanks Again.
If anyone is familiar with this report, there is a seperation line that is automatically generated after each product entry within the 'Details' portion of the page. I need to know how to (a)remove or (b) modify the length of this line that does not appear on the editing screen.
what kind of processor are you using? If you are using AMD, I can almost bet that's the cause. AMD's do not have very strong MathCoProcessors... which is what is needed for tools like that in photo-paint and in draw (more so in draw) also, its helpfull to have a higher cache on the processor...
Photopaint is a demanding program. My suggestion, find the control panel add-in "Tweek UI" off the internet. When you get it installed, use it to turn off menu animations (ie. scroll down, fade in).
Hope that helps... and if it doesnt, Tweek UI (microsoft) is still a cool tool to have.
Question to you, what method are you using to resize your images? marquee and manual scaling? suggestion, cut the objects, do New from clipboard (FILE>>NEW FROM CLIPBOARD). From there, use the resample tool in this new document (EDIT>>RESAMPLE). With this tool, you can resize to exact spec's...
