I have a customer w/ Merlin Legend R7. They recently went from having inbound calls coming in on PRI (pool 891) and all outbound calls going out over POTS lines (pool 70) TO all calls going out over a new PRI that is pool 70. The customer called the other day stating they cannot call a...

The customer reports that this happens on every call. The adjunct picks up a line out of the pool, so it is using a number of different outbound lines. I would expect some degredation, but they claim the call quality is so bad, they cannot continue the call.

DSS cables were changed,will try changing out the power supply, I am using the powers supply that came w/ the 4424LD+ set. Power supply is located at the phone set. I will try to find a larger power supply and give it a try. Thanks

you should be able to find the documentation on the Avaya.com web site. Basics are COS1 is 5 min, COS2 is 10 min, COS 3 is 60 min, COS15 = AA1, COS16= AA2 and COS 17= AA3. The ones in-between have to do w/ outcalling,etc. I don't have info at my fingertips, but I know it is on Avaya site...

Also when I do a station test, it comes back showing the phone w/ both DSS's.
