Outgoing calls placed on SIP trunks disconnect at fifteen minutes and thirty six seconds.
Pick up a shoretel IP480G set and dial a telephone number. At the 15:36 mark, the far end drops but the trunk test tool and communicator (I have not looked at the icon on the telephone set yet) show the...

Hi,
Have a problem, users complaining conference calls getting cut off. I log into the switch and find these bug errors. While they are not coming fast and furious, they are at a steady pace.

update:
Yes, turning on the extended memory test did solve the immediate problem and get the server to boot "properly"
The fix was to follow the documentation. Load opimal settings and then make the proper changes. Those changes did not include enabling the extended memory test.
Changing the bois setting to run the extended memory test appears to have resolved the issue. Shut down and restarted several times to have it boot normal every time.
Still havent located in the documentation where it says what the extended memory test should be set at. For the heck of it I set...
Under "BOOT"
Extended Memory Test is disabled
Options are:
1 Mb
1 Kb
Every Location
Disabled
This isn't mentioned in the documentation you pointed out. I will go through it in more detail tomorrow.
I wouldn't be surprised if all the default BIOS settings are off since I did locate at least...
Yes, performed the config wizard immediatly after loading the patches and did it again today just for giggles.
This only appears to happen when the server does an automatic cold start.
A cold start where I press the power button works great. A warm restart works great.
CallPilot 600R 5.0 patched with SU11 etc.
So I have just spent a couple hours in the lab trying to figure this thing out.
It used to be when power is applied to a CallPilot 600R server it would automatically power up and start. All services would load and the CallPilot would start processing...
I had a similar situation a short while ago...
Turned out it was the universal trunk card in the Opt 11. (analogue lines)
It wasn't passing/processing DTMF tones. A reseat of the card did not solve the problem. As an interm fix the trunk was moved to another TN and the faulty TN was flagged.
This is now seriously starting to pizzle me off.....
Enabled NARS/BARS on the system, tried every tag available in ld 86 digit manipulation (taged as ukwn, intl, spn, npa, nxx, etc...) including inserting 011 and or deleting the leading three digits.
Results vary depending on the tag.
NCHG...
Thanks for the replys
I have looked in Ld 49 and there is nothing programmed for allow/deny
I'm thinking this will need to have nars/bars programmed if for no other reason than the flexability nars/bars provides.
Opt 11 running 3.0
Nars/bars NOT programmed. Using unr and CTD in set class of service to set permission for long distance.
PRI using NI2
Trunks are programmed for two way DID
Cannot dial international long distance from this system as somewhere in the PBX it is stripping off the 011.

I received this error when attempting to call forward a telephone to an external number using analog ground start trunks.
ERR073 0 4
The phone is a 2616 has cls cfxa enabled and a key with cfw 11 9xxx-xxx-xxxx
The call didn't go through to the trunk but went to reception. This error popped...
page 39 of 644 ntp 553-3001-363 ip trunk
None of the course material I have/had go through how to configure ip trunk via CLI. The ntp's state otm 2.1 is a requirement (page 47 of the same book)
For ip trunk 3.01 to work you will need your system to be at succession 3.0 (minimum) and to use OTM 2.1 to configure the card.
I have no information on how to configure earlier versions....
