Try this if is new install
Change System Name and IP Address on LAN and / or Disable DHCP Server
Send config Reboot
Then upgrade
Know it sounds odd, but it works for me
numbering the button in action data does make the light work
still no "G" in the display
Still need one button to place user in to busy wrap up for multiple hunt groups.
have a 406v2, analog 8 (Extn), digital 16v2 with 60R1 power supply
35 users built
113 hunt groups
121 incoming call routes
have an issue with a agents' HgEna (hunt group enable) button not working and there is no "G" in the display
the normal phone is a 4424 but have swapped with a 5420...
no the pri is in pool 890, and there are no trunks in 70. apparently ther was lines in pool 70 but they have been droped and now they are wanting the 911 calls to go over the pri.
am asking if there is a way ( toehr than renumbering the pri pool to 70 ) to make 911 calls over the pri
have a Legend R3 and trying to set up the 911 calls going out to go over the PRI pool 890. The PRI is the only Co they have.
know that the special number table ( 20 ) will not allow chages to the out going pool. is there away around this????
