Digital Station Module Not Working 1

We are working remotely with a tech onsite to fix a problem. Without being asked to, the tech rebooted the IP500v1 8.1.65 (perhaps more than once)and after he was finished there were 4 expansion modules that were down. After working for a while we were able to recover 3 of the 4 modules, but there is one module that won't come back into service. SSA shows the module disconnected. The status light is blinking green. We have replaced the Control Unit, the DS30 expansion module multiple times, the expansion cable and the power supply.

remove any connection to expansion module, remove power to control unit and all exp modules, then plug in exp modules 1st then plug in control unit, see it this works

try DTE procedure on thee Digital module and do a AT-X1 erase

this can happen if modules have power interrupted during upgrade on first boot
