    Can anyone offer assistance in adding an existing route into a dial plan as a Least cost route. I have set up the new route and it works with a temporary access code. However I need to be able to acces it by using 9 the normal External Destination code. When I make 9 a LCR code no other calls...

    Many thanks for your help. I set up the ENT table to contain the numbers dialled TRC, etc and it worked OK with a dummy LCR code. However when I tried to use 9 as the LCR code (after deleting as a ED) i was getting vacant number when dialling non LCR codes. Any thoughts?

    Can somebody suggest the best way of routing call to a distant site over a private circuit. We need to strip some of the dialled digits and insert the route code.
