    Thats right, You need to install the remote agent on the Exchange 2003 Server. Then it will show-up in your selections on the backup server

    Crystal Reports 8.5&ASp&dot matrix printer

    I have the same problem. What I have been doing is printing the reports using generic/text only driver. Somehow my application lets me output the crystal reports templates into text files, then I dump the text files to the generic/text only device. It is a pain though. There must be a better way.
