Thats right, You need to install the remote agent on the Exchange 2003 Server. Then it will show-up in your selections on the backup server

I have the same problem. What I have been doing is printing the reports using generic/text only driver. Somehow my application lets me output the crystal reports templates into text files, then I dump the text files to the generic/text only device. It is a pain though. There must be a better way.

yes and if you want the xp (or NT & 2000) boxes to see the resources on the 98 boxes, make sure to check the boxes "i want other users to access my files" and the " I want other users to access my printer" under the properties of the client for ms networks in 98's network...
