well first off all u need did trunks from telco. 2nd u need a did card for the ksu if you are going to do analog. the did card must be configured. when a call comes in on the did trunk a target line is programmed for where you want the call to go......i.e. a particular set or sets. not knowing...

i just put in the soft key for the flash acd. everything is working great but as usual the manuel is awful. it would seem to me there must be a agent report that would come off this thing but it just wants to generate the same 7 mailbox and ccr reports as before. anyone else using the flask acd...

just connect the flash to the laptop using any port with hyperterminal. the rs232 or the printer port work fine with hyperterminal. just make sure the speed is 4,800. scott callmgtsys@aol.com

you cant have the aa and a dn's no answer capabilities set at the same ring count. set the aa at 4 and the dns fwd no answer to 6. system will not allow 5. scott call management

this has happen to me before when i tried to put 2 2 port fiber expansion cards in the ksu. make sure you have the right software version for the right number of cards. scott
