FLASH ACD REPORTS?

i just put in the soft key for the flash acd. everything is working great but as usual the manuel is awful. it would seem to me there must be a agent report that would come off this thing but it just wants to generate the same 7 mailbox and ccr reports as before. anyone else using the flask acd have suggestions for agent reports?

i posted this a while back. was told by the distributor there is an additional key code for acd reporting. if your interested in the part number email me and ill send it to you.
