Norstar Conference issues

Using the Polycom Conference phone for Norstar - NTAB2666

I seem to remember problems associated with Norstar conferencing.

1. Low volume issues that are indigenous to Norstar, no fix.

2. 3 party conferencing of two outside parties unless you did not initiate the first call.

I'm not sure if I'm correct on the second. Can someone refresh me on this? Thanks

conferences are limited to 2 parties unfortunatly.id even buy an upgrade if one was available to change this.

I meant...3 total parties. It's when I want two outside parties that I seem to remember an issue.

i think the low level problem is in line redirect.
and doing conferencing , you can cheat a bit by turning off privacy ( ii cant remember the feature code off hand) therefore ; allowing two outside parties and a couple inside locals.
