I have a question for you. I just created an Instant Messaging home server, enable it for user in AD and install MSN Messenger but cannot log on? What did I wrong? Where can I find more manuals for this case?

- Did you create "Report Job" from "Monitoring Configuration" tab?
- Check also "Monitoring" - "Reports" - and there are 5 different kind of statistics, "Web usage" included.
- As I remember (could be wrong) ISA takes statistics only if...
If it's because of the restricted java content you should check your "Site and Content Rules" at "HTTP Content" tab. As I remember restriction came up from "Application" content group. Hope it will help.

try this way, expand ISA - Servers and Array - Right click your server - properties - check "enable ss listeners" both on Incoming and Outgoing web requests tabs.
