Error every 5 Minutes

Hi I get 1 error and 1 warning every 5 minutes in my event log. I have searched and searched but there is nothing on the actual error and warning that I get!

Here's the error and warning:

Date: 23/07/2002
Time: 09:06:24
User: N/A
Computer: XX3
Description:
Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x2 : The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi, as I understand the error and warning messages are repeated after every policy refreshing.
Did you look at these Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles - Q247482 , Q285903 , Q271213 , Q279742 , Q256000 , Q260715 , Q278316 , Q279432 , Q281454 , Q284461 , Q278472 , Q285923.
