58Sniper is correct....
One of the things i try is just going to the affected users' machines, and closing Outlook, then deleting the OST files... then restarting Outlook..
Sometimes it could be just corruption in the OST file...

But the installation wizard will do a cursory check of the Active Directory to ensure that all is...
Yip.. but setting it up from the Profile Tab in ADUC saves you from having to set up each individual folder -- once you've entered a path for the Home directory in ADUC it creates the resources for you ... just quicker and easier..
But essentially, ya, it's doing just that!

Ok.. well we'll need a little more information.
Is the computer you removed the DNS server?
Other things to look at - how is IP address configured (Static or DCHP?) .. do an ipconfig/all find out what the DNS server ip addresses are - and see if you can ping them.
Make sure that all address...

Greetings.
I have a weird problem that I just can't explain...
We recently migrated everything over from Exch2003 to 2007 .. all went pretty much as planned. I didn't have a lot of surprises.
Public folders took a while to replicate, but they replicated in time and i was able to shut the old...
You downloaded the wrong executable...

I'm just now trying the RDP v.7 .. i dunno if that will also solve this 'video driver' type issue.
But it seems pretty solid with a few more features than the last one -- one of which is the movable top bar. Helps if you have RDP window in window going... you can...
I had the same issues with a few of the machines on my network.
As it turned out, when i did an Windows Update, something changed for RDP - and i'm not even going to venture a guess!!!
What i ended up having to do is update my video drivers. In Device manager, find out what Display Drivers...
When i run into issues like this... and assuming you have an NTFS partition, you can right-click the folder you're on and click on security....
Once in there, hit the Advanced button and look at the Owner Tab.
Now sometimes what you have to do before this - and remove all the inherited...
I have a similar issue, however, I've done all the restores back to dates before this whole thing started.
I've wondered if there's a short on the main board. Made sure there were no parts of the board that are wow'd enough to come into contact with the backplating. That wasn't it.

Both of these services have Agents installed on the exchange server. If the previous administrator used his account as the service accounts for these agents, things may have broken.
It's something to look at.
I know that Backup Exec doesn't NEED a service accounts, but some admins still use...
Well the easiest way to do it is to add the Domain Users group to the Server's local Administrator group. (provided its not a domain controller).
Or you can create a group with users who are allowed to edit all the stuff (assuming it's NOT everyone) and add that group to local administrators...
I fixed my problems with Public folders by recreating the virtual folder in IIS - and restarting the services .. HOWEVER... it broke my OWA view of public folders..
Now the view looks like "List View" which is really ugly.
The OWA view of email all looks fine, but the public folders don't seem...
