Thanks BIGB for your post. I got this issue resolved. The problems was that the server where our public folder sat had a tighter security. I changed those settings in the IIS and then it was fine. no more prompt for second password.

OWA works fine. Only when view is changed from Shortcuts to Folders it prompts for password. It does not take anything. I can cancell that prompt and then it works fine and i dont see it again. Exchange 2000 environemnt. Just had our ISP changed. Anyone have any idea or seen this kind of thing...

Disks are good. File level backup on the same disk is good. Exchange is running. Anyone seen this issue.
