OWA promptng for password when view is changed

OWA works fine. Only when view is changed from Shortcuts to Folders it prompts for password. It does not take anything. I can cancell that prompt and then it works fine and i dont see it again.
Exchange 2000 environemnt.
Just had our ISP changed.
Anyone have any idea or seen this kind of thing?

Check your permissions for the ExchWeb virtual folder. It probably has tighter restrictions than the Exchange virtual folder.

I got this issue resolved.
The problems was that the server where our public folder sat had a tighter security.
I changed those settings in the IIS and then it was fine.
no more prompt for second password.
