Dial by Name Directory
For a quicker way to check your list of names, after logging into voicemail, goto into user admin (1), local user (1), select softkey Find(F5), then List(F3). This will list all mailboxes in the system. Use up and down keys to scroll through.- openroad

Dropped in at the deep end....
When setting up MAT, it usually requires RAS, Client for Microsoft, and dial up Networking.... I Believe it dosen't use these services, but you need them present when installing MAT... One of those Nortel Mysteries... From past experience MAT should be the only application running on the...- openroad

When creating a mailbox, select 'personal' under class of service, press the softkey for more detail, arrow down and change length of mailbox, continue to arrow down and set retention period (@ bottom of page)....- openroad

In an ACD Queue a maximum of 8 supervisors are allowed. However a DWC key can be used for an agent to monitor the queue. To change the supervisor to an agent cls = agn under ld 11....- openroad
