Go to the mailbox for the user
Login to switch
AX (to bring up Mermail)
F6 and login to mermail
from main menu select 1, and 1 again
press F8 for view/modify
enter number in question.
Last and first names will display - make sure they are correct.
Older releases of MerMail it was recommended to delete and rebuild mailbox rather than change last name or mailbox number.

For a quicker way to check your list of names, after logging into voicemail, goto into user admin (1), local user (1), select softkey Find(F5), then List(F3). This will list all mailboxes in the system. Use up and down keys to scroll through.
