Is the MFRL on your RLI still 3? That could explain why you're not being prompted in the beginning for an auth code. Your current NCOS is 4, which is greater than your minimum FRL for the RLI. You wouldn't be prompted in the beginning for the auth code unless your NCOS were lower than the...
The calls are routed over ROUT 0, which is the COT route. I had the tech use the first trunk member, 4 0 0 0, and test it at the demarc. It went through fine. It just doesn't work if the the PBX is involved in any way.
We are able to get on a trunk in front of the switch. It works fine there. If the tech direct-accesses the route from the switch, he gets fast busy right after the country code. If he dials 9 and then 01 + country code + city code + number (with DMI inserting the 1010333), he gets fast busy...
The issue has resurfaced after 7 months. The onsite tech gets busy while dialing out, whether he uses NARS/BARS or the trunk access code. Any thoughts out there?

Hi all! Could someone please tell me how to change the name that appears next to the station number on the receptionist's phone when that station calls? They both are 2420 sets. For instance, I changed the name on 2050 to OPEN, but whenever station 2050 calls 2047 (receptionist), the name...
As you can see from the printouts, I've tried this method of NCFW. My problem is that it is not going to the proper voicemail box. It should ultimately be sent to the voicemail box for 4777, but for some reason is being sent to a dead end in search of the box for 87. Is there a way to fix...
No callpilot, just old-fashioned programming. To throw another wrench in this, I don't have access to the voicemail. Is there a way to make the ACD forward to 4777 voicemail through the PBX?

Hello all! I have ACD 87, which forwards to another ACD 4777. Neither one of these queues is meant to ring, but to just go into 4777's voicemail. The way it was set up before, 4777 was programmed as a 500 set, but with no set attached. When guests called 87, it would ring 4 times at 4777...
Thank you, it is working. It turns out that it had been working, but the office manager wasn't pleased with the system, and so kept complaining. Good times.

I have a remote site which has one mailbox with non-functioning outcall notification. It is an S8100 connected remotely to an Octel 350 system. The class of service for this box has outcalling allowed. The area code wherein the Octel is located is 561. I wasn't sure if these were foreign or...
Hello all! I have a tricky situation. We have an auto-attendant that answers all calls initially. If someone pushes zero to reach the operator, my customer wants this particular kind of call to ring on another (2500) set as well as the attendant console. Internal calls to the console should...
Does the Octel 350 have an automatic daylight savings time change feature? I was hoping to set my sites up so they would change automatically every six months, but couldn't find anything in the menus...
Thanks in advance!

Thank you all for your input! There is nothing in the IDCs. I printed out the entire TNB, and went through FDN, HUNT, EFD, EHT and CFW for each station. Nothing points to my four stations, except for their secondary lines (which are in the same room, so this wouldn't be the cause). As far as...
Hello all! I have 4 DNs which have been receiving calls that should be going to other departments. I have printed the hunt in LD 82, and found nothing hunting to them. The first time this happened, I said somebody is probably dialing the wrong (yet similar) number. Now that there are 4...

Hello all! Is there somewhere online that would list card densities for the old SL1 cards? I have a list of QPC cards for one of my remote sites. I am unable to dial in to the system right now, and was hoping there might be an online resource for this...
Thanks!
