    Couple of things you could do. 1) Replace Fly lead, cable from PC to wall connector. 2) Replace patch lead at HUB/SWITCH. 3) Have network cable checked from end to end. 4) Uninstall network acrd protocols etc. Shutdown restart & re-install all network components.
