This Legend has 2 regular CO lines and a special line provided by the local PD that uses 3 digits to go to different locations.
I want to setup a button to allow when the call comes in if it needs to be directed to one of the 3 digit extensions on that line the person receiving the call can...
Thank you for responding, what I'm trying to determine is if I could program a button on a MLX phone to transfer a caller to a specific line that is actually provided by an outside pbx and/or automatically dials an external line to transfer the caller.
Sorry I don't see a Toshiba forum so I posted here.
I'm trying to change the name through programming on a DKT3020
I'm able to get into programming hold*#*#1*2*3* password
200 for station data
enter dn
for some reason FB9 isn't lit and from what I understand that is the input I need to enter...
Thank you for answering foneman1, I looked at changing the received digits and got the warning:
"changing the value will clear incompatible received numbers"
I'm hesitant of trying this and losing all my target lines.
Thanks for responding. If you are referring to the alarms tab in the element manager then no.
I have rebooted the bcm whenever this happens, the contact center works for a while but then stops.
I have also stopped and started the voice mail in the service manager tab in the element manager.
Hello all, I have set up a contact center on a BCM 50 r2
with the latest updates. The center works fine at first but after a couple of hours its message component stops working and it just rings endlessly.
Hello and thank you for all who responded, the router attached to the BCM50 was only allowing TCP, once I added UDP it connected.
I still notice that when I try to run the monitor from the element manager it states "This application is not registered".
I changed it to 9 and absorb 1, and it seems that it is possible with a T7316 because you have a soft key that becomes an OK button to enable it. However when you attempt it with a T7208 it times out.
The line pool is BlocA, which is in route 101.
The destination code is 9A with 1 digit absorbed
allow redirect is checked on the sets.
BlocA is assigned to all the lines in the PRI.
I'm not clear on what other route I would need to use.
The route on another system that doesn't seem to have a problem call forwarding is 9A 101 public.
I'm not clear on what specification for call forward would be needed?
Hello I'm curious if anyone is having this problem, I have a BCM 400 4.0 that is not allowing the users to call foward to an outside line.
I have allow redirect checked and the users know to enter a 9 before the number.
Any help would be appreciated.
