BCM 50 r2 contact center

Hello all, I have set up a contact center on a BCM 50 r2
with the latest updates. The center works fine at first but after a couple of hours its message component stops working and it just rings endlessly.

 

Check in the alarms tab,is there any alarms related?
Have you rebooted the bcm?

 
Thanks for responding. If you are referring to the alarms tab in the element manager then no.
I have rebooted the bcm whenever this happens, the contact center works for a while but then stops.
I have also stopped and started the voice mail in the service manager tab in the element manager.
 

When the contact center stop working can you still access your mailbox?
If not it could be the hard drive.
 
I did have a problem working with the voicemail so I think you are right, however I was able to disable and enable the skillset.
