Unable to log onto BCM monitor

Has anyone experienced intervals where you could not log onto the BCM monitor?
Is there a limit of how many people who could be logged on it?

BCM is a 2.02.05e
with patches BCM050.R200.SU.System.015-200907
BCM050.R200.SU.Desktop.009-200807

reboot the BCM i get this all the time.. no idea what causes it..

If its not broke tweak it..

usually it may freeze on the first attempt to connect.
Close it and retry again to see if it reconnects,

Hello and thank you for all who responded, the router attached to the BCM50 was only allowing TCP, once I added UDP it connected.
I still notice that when I try to run the monitor from the element manager it states "This application is not registered".
