Update the Bcm 400 4.0

Hello,
I have a new BCM400 4.0,
I downloaded the new patchs from nortel website
1.BCM.R400.SU.System.020-200903
2.BCM.R400.160-SoftwareManagement
Dependencies: BCM.R400.SU.System.005
4.BCM.R400.SU.Desktop.014-200903
Dependencies: BCM.R400.SU.System.018-200901
where can I download
BCM.R400.SU.System.018-200901
BCM.R400.SU.System.005
I cannot find them in Nortel site.

It is included in the SU 20 update.

But in the SU 20 Dependencies is BCM.R400.SU.System.018-200901
so how it's included?

If you read the read me file for SU20 the ony dependencies is

Dependencies:
Required Updates
BCM.R400.160-SoftwareManagement or later must be applied before this update

You right but the Dependencies of
BCM.R400.160-SoftwareManagement
is BCM.R400.SU.System.005

Doesn't matter. Install the software management patch, then install SU 20, then install the desktop service update.

I'm doing it on a system as I type. No issues if you do it this way. You may need to download and install the new version of element manager once you're done though.

Hello when I try this update the element manager shows the previous system update 017 installed already.
