    First line support is correct in this scenario. Arcserve running on the NetWare server has more options for restore than thru the NWAgent.     InoculateIT 4.5 and NetWare 4.11

    It sounds like you are using the Workgroup edition of InoculateIT. W/E limits you to one server. The Advanced Edition(A/E) allows more servers than one. If this is not the case then check the first frametype being loaded on the NW4.11 servers. Make sure it is 802.2. Also check your w/s...
