I had simalar problem. What changed is that 11.11 has the newer version of jfs (V3.3) 11.0 has an older version.
We just downloaded the newer version of jfs (V3.3) from HP's software site and installed it and everything works fine. We had no problems with our older filesystem after the upgrade...

Find the inode # of the file.

find <current dir> -inum <inode #> -exec mv {} asdf \;
