Callpilot Desktop Messaging - Win+OfficeXP compatability

Skarlok, It's 96Meg. I would have to burn it on a CD. If you have a vendor, they should be able to download the latest version from Nortel's web site. If not, give me a mailing address and I'll burn you a copy. Fred "Wise men learn more from fools than fools from wise men

is there an micb 62 port card?

I've never heard of a 62 port MICB card. As far as I know, you can have 2 32 port cards. You can link the cards together in order to support a call with up to 62 participants. This requires 2 of the ports (link port and a transfer port). That's why it's only 62. Hope this helps. Fred8677...

    Call Pilot Reporter

irishhooligan, You must have a different version of Call Pilot. I have version 1.07 which has a client loaded on the administrator's pc. I'm not familiar with 2.0. I'll be upgrading in a couple of weeks. If I have any info, I'll share it with you. "Wise men learn more from fools than fools...

    SAR GROUP

Colin, I found your post (which is very helpfull). I set up the following and the only problem I'm having is bypassing the SAR. I can't find clear definitions for the different FFCs. Where does FFC AUTH come in to play? What about SADS, SAEN, SALK, and SAUN? I'm trying to block toll calls...

How to build a PRI from scratch.

pbxadmin2, Did you find what you are looking for? I've been searching the forum because I don't have the installation NTPs. I'm converting 2 straight T1s to PRI in order to get caller ID. I've set up trunk groups before but no clue how to set up PRIs. If I find something helpful, I'll post...

    Force Diable unused TNs

I don't think there is a way to automaically detect the an analog device on the PBX. The way I cleaned up hundreds of analog TNs was to simply inform the company that we are going through an audit of modem/fax lines. I requested that if people are actively using modems that they inform me via...

Does anyone know LD 88 SAR ?

svhtech, Sorry, I looked back at my original post. You already answered my questions. I should have looked at my original post in the first place. The problem I'm still having is that I can't personnaly test my config. I guess I'll have to take a trip up to the site one of these days...

Does anyone know LD 88 SAR ?

svhtech, did you ever get this working? I'm trying to do the same thing and having all kinds of problems. I did notice that your config is only set to 12:30 PM - 2 PM on Saturday. The "DAYS" promt refers to which days of the week. STAR 12 30 STOP 14 00 DAYS 7 1 = Sunday 2 = Monday 3 =...

    Digit Manipulation Question

I would consider any solution to this requirement. System Speed would require me to keep up with additional locations as well. Also, we are already using system speed for something else. Is there a way to allow users to access 2 different system speed call lists? I guess there is no way to...

    Digit Manipulation Question

I was going to use either ac2 or a cdp entry. Either way, I was trying to avoid having to delete the leading 3 or 4 digits. I would have to do this for every location (over 300). If there's a way to just add "000" to the end, I can just send the 4 digits and the "000" to the carrier. That...

    t1 in red yellow alarm

What internal troubleshooting have you tried already? Do you have another known good CSU? How about loop back tests? You can send a hard loop to your carrier and see if they see it. Will the carrier test past their Network Interface? Maybe they can try to loop your CSU? Good luck....

    Digit Manipulation Question

Hello all. I have a question about DMI tables. I understand how to delete leading digits and insert leading digits but I'm at a loss when it comes to inserting digits at the end of a dial string. I want to set up a dialing plan that allows a user to dial "6" and a 3-digit location number in...
