    have you tried not letting it default to "auto" under the decimal paramenter, maybe changing it there would fix the problem.

    why did you not just add the phone number from the customer master file table, that table will link up perfectly and allow you to just add the field.

    Yes but in sales order data entry, once that box is checked, you will be prompeted for your password to enter the sales order because they are on credit hold, and you must then chose to release or hold the order. THIS ONLY happens during the sales order entry.

    You should be able to go into customer maintance and put that customer on credit hold. It is a box you check on main page. They every sales order will prompt you for an ok to release or hold.
