Hi.

Is there a way to have the pick sheet printing prevented if the customer is on credit hold? I know you can put the order on hold individually, but would rather manage by customer.

Thanks,
ChaZ

You should be able to go into customer maintance and put that customer on credit hold. It is a box you check on main page. They every sales order will prompt you for an ok to release or hold.

Hi. That box will prevent invoicing, but doesn't seem to prevent pick sheet printing.

I will try again, but I thought of that.

Thank you,
ChaZ

Yes but in sales order data entry, once that box is checked, you will be prompeted for your password to enter the sales order because they are on credit hold, and you must then chose to release or hold the order. THIS ONLY happens during the sales order entry.
