We have a strange situation regarding the Packing slip. We have chosen Lot/Serial Numbers as valuation type for our inventory. We would like to print Lot Numbers on Packing slip.
This is what we wnat to do:
1.Create sales order and print picking sheet with available inventory Lot numbers.
2.As our inventory doesnt match with system's we have to take the picking sheet and check manually for Lot numbers (this is for some time from now)
3.Take the available inventory and make a packing slip and ship them with packing slip.
4. Take the UPS freight amount and make invoice and mail to the customer.
We tried to print the picking sheet with lot numbers but it didnt work. Only at the level of Invoice we can pick the rolls whatever we want. But we cant send an invoice along with the goods. We usually sends packing slip with lot numbers followed by invoice next day.
Please advice how to print packing slip with lot numbers. We highly appreciate your help.
