    I beleive if you call the attendant and you are on hold it would be your station TN number for music. Try calling to an ouside line and have them put you on hold. Yimmer

    it will be in ypur dial plan, display dial plan ana. O would be set to attennat, you could change that to ext but again I would set it up via tennant with vdn and vectoring for easy of control. Yimmer

    Have you did a status trunk group, to see they are in service and status signal group. Also to ensure its not a routing issue from aar or ars access via TAC you should get a dial tone back from the far end. Yimmer
