Analogue line (Fax) playing music on hold

Anyone had any issues with a fax machine playing music on hold instead of picking up the call?

done a trace on the station and got the following from a fax that is working fine

**The abbreviated dialing code is set so users dont have to use 9 for an outside line.


I have tried swapping the ports around to a different fax machine but the issue follows the fax (in my eyes this means an issue with the fax (TOSHIBA e-STUDIO230)
Could it be the fax set to deny all calls or something like that ? the web console is showing as AUTO for the reception mode)

Allocate the fax with a COR that isn't able to hear Music on HOld. This will stop it playing the music.

Just physically moved the fax across the building to test it on another port. Fax works fine in this area.

All the Cors are set the same on my fax machines, to hear music on hold, but they dont have the issue
