Off Hook Call Announce

Is there any way to call a station and immediately have the ext you called go off hook?

If any of you are familiar with the Toshiba phone systems you should know what I am talking about. You basically call someone you know is there and it goes speaker phone right away and the person you called does not have to pick up they can just start talking back to you.

Is there an option or maybe a sequence you hit before/after you dial. Any help is appreciated.

mentallimit, on a CM 4.0.1 switch (probably similar on others), on the "change station" form, Page 2, upper right: "Auto Answer:" choices are: acd, all, icom and none.

Choose "icom"
