Get everything in place before the new users arrive...It doens't look good if a new user has to wait a while before being able to use the computers because no account has been created. Personalise mail when sending to large group
Use Word...At the Extra-menu you'll find something like "Merge print" (? doesn't know the exact wording in the English version so I just gave you a straight translation ;-) Here you can choose to use your Outlook addressbook as the source for the recipients. Haven't tried it myself...- FredS

XL97: Columns resized on saving sheet
With one particular excel-sheet a user has the problem that the columns are resized after saving the sheet, so if the column size is 6 and the user saves the sheet the column width will be 5 the next time he opens the sheet (not exact measurements). If he then agains saves the sheet and reopens...- FredS
