Personalise mail when sending to large group

I want to sent emails to large groups of people, but when it arrives in their mailbox, I want it to be personalised to them, i.e. Dear Joe.<br>
I don't want them to see that it was sent to all the other people also. Can this be done and if so how do I do it?

Use Word...At the Extra-menu you'll find something like &quot;Merge print&quot; (? doesn't know the exact wording in the English version so I just gave you a straight translation ;-) Here you can choose to use your Outlook addressbook as the source for the recipients. Haven't tried it myself, but it should work.
