I was going to close them all in SQL but do not have update rights to the table. Do you have a suggestion how to get update or insert rights? I have 300 customers to add to GSS.

I tried the c:\temp folder with no success.
I get the same message "Import file is not valid" no matter what is in the text box for file name. Even if I leave it blank I get that message.
