When closing a check we receive a database error. opstp.cpp (981), unexpected database error, Call failed.

Every check, to any tender throws the error.
I was going to close them all in SQL but do not have update rights to the table. Do you have a suggestion how to get update or insert rights? I have 300 customers to add to GSS.
