    This is an register problem. Try to configure it with a new extension and register is again. Are you able to make an internal or external outgoing call? This should work without a valid registration.

    Thanks for your reply, the written steps in your post has already checked by me and i try several options to let it register but without success. The 403 forbidden means that is succeeded contacting the ip office, so thats good but he reject the register option with a forbidden (why)

    Hello pmcook, Yes you can change this on the system. Go to the ip office and select System===>go to tab Telephony===>change the Dial delay time and see which change is good for you.
