    My test agent ID is getting the "central management authentication failed" error after I enter my Windows login ID and password. I checked the profile settings in Login Telephony and the Login - Agent and they look set correctly. Are there any other fields to check?

    I found this thread here Link And I did add the new agents in Dictionary under "Login Identifications". Exited CMS and logged back in and still can't find them in the agent List. EDIT- It worked! Not sure what happened but I located the agents in the list.
