Does a newly created agent ID in ASA also need to be added in CMS?

I created a few agent IDs in CM 6.3 and the call center supervisor does not see them in the "Change Agent Skills" list.

And I did add the new agents in Dictionary under "Login Identifications". Exited CMS and logged back in and still can't find them in the agent List.

EDIT- It worked! Not sure what happened but I located the agents in the list.
