Sorry! I said that the screenshot was missing on the other site but didn'g do one to fill in the gap :-(
This is needed on the user wanting to control the other user's CallBar setting - for more info see the help in Manager when viewing that page and follow the link to the additional info.
Yup the info is there but the vital point about making the user System Phone User is not as well highlighted as the other stuff (no screenshot) - that's the key
For the benefit of anyone who comes later to read this thread...
As several people have said - tenanting is not a feature that IP Office has, but you can do various things that may get some degree of operation that may be OK for your customer today - that's what vladcbv is saying with "it...
A User with System Phone rights can turn off the outgoing bar for another user;

I did it once many years ago but can't remember the details and don't have access to kit today to...
There is a config option on System > Telephony > TUI called "Time Format" with locale based and 12/24hr options - it's only documented for the 1400, 1600, 9500 and 9600 Series phones.
Also, depending on which country you are in the users may not accept 24hr time format.
But it may be worth a...
2 Gig cards? for the optional one I assume, I've only ever seen 4Gig SD cards for the system card (till the recent increase to 8) - why would you fit a 2 Gig optional card when the system one was 4 Gig?
This one got me intrigued... so I went and checked the manuals and in the install manual...
My guess would be that the 1 from "12:59pm" is being left behind when the "1:00pm" is being displayed right justified, bit of a silly bug (what we used to call "bit rot" in my days of maintaining old software...), but as intrigrant points out that are no longer supported (nor in 10.1 as...
If you disable ILP then when lifting the handset to make a call (no call ringing the phone) you'll have to explicitly chose the Appearance to use by pressing a button, before you get dialtone.
ILP does that for you automatically by finding the first free appearance (on other systems I worked on...
Ah, don't know much about IPOCC - I guess it may have some privileged mechanism to route calls past the usual controls, bust surely it would see that the user has a call on hold and/or have a similar setting to the IP Office one...
If it won't be taken as me having a bad attitude I suggest that...
@intrigrant - I was going to type that I think you gave your answer from memory, not looking it up, and suggesting the other value, but the phone rang... so went for the short, phonetic (English) casual/friendly dismissal - sorry you didn't read it that way.
Joeny - have a star for your fault-finding skills and more importantly reporting back.
Glad you've got it working.
Now if you want to add it to a page group of other phoens there are pointers already given
It's a bit of a mystery.
I think you've said that the phones and the Algo are all on the same piece of network kit, though all the phones in question are connected to the remote IP Office via VPN etc..
I assume you can call between those phones and get the audio, and the signalling works (and...
You mention both paging and intercom - the Algo can operate as a supersensitive hands free phone, it just needs a simple call and it will answer - for that you don't need the "3rd party auto answer" setting on the IP Office - that comes in when you want to add it to a paging group with other...
Excellent spot TTT - the Paging interface device we used in the past is no longer in the Viking product listing and the one they have looks different enough for me to be nervous of suggesting it without having used it myself (or a trusted colleague).
Have a Star
But with respect, the IP Office manual says that the port must be connected at boot so that implies that the IP Office is reliant on detecting a DC loop condition, which won't be possible given your inclusion of a capacitor...
