No, if i change the password and try and log in it says incorrect credentials. The error i'm getting is lost connection to server.
I have put a number 2 on the end of his username in IPO Manager and logged in using that and it works fine. I change the user name back again and the error comes...
I have just gone to a pc with the error and logged in as a different user and that works fine so it looks like something on the user profile?
They are all set to power users and they have enough licenses, I have also checked on Monitor and there are no blacklisted IP addresses or extensions.
I'm in the process of putting Gamma SIP trunks on a NS700 but I 'm getting one-way transmission, I'm sure I came across a troubleshooting guide yesterday but I can't find it today. Anyone seen one or know of anything obvious for me to look at?
Thanks
I have a client with an IP Office 10.1 and until yesterday one-x call assistant was working fine. Now 2 users get an error when trying to log in but everyone else is ok. Nothing has changed on the IPO and to my knowledge nothing has changed on the end users pc. All users are onsite and can ping...
Hmmz, it won't let me now but it did earlier??
When i enter a password and hit ok it says Password encryption failed. Please reenter the password.
I've also just tried deleting the userlist.dat using putty and setting the password in security to Administrator but it still does the same thing...

or add voicemail pro.exe to the programs list by right clicking on Computer, goto properties, then advanced system settings, click settings next to performance in the advanced tab, then goto data execution prevention tab, click add and browse to the voicemail pro.exe then ok out and try again.
Yeah, that's how we wanted and anticipated it to work but unfortunately it doesn't :( I'll test the deskphones once the office reopens in January. It seems that the one-x mobile needs to be ready and available when the call is first distributed for it to ring though.
The issue is that both users, are more often than not, both on a call so either way they are losing calls, also with it being a hunt group call the missed calls aren't in the call lists on the one-x client so they have no way of knowing how many calls they are missing or a list of numbers so...
Is there a way to enable call waiting for hunt group calls on One-x mobile?
Currently there is nobody in the office, there are 2 users in the hunt group both with one-x mobile, if they are both on a call and a 3rd call comes in the call will just queue with no notification on the mobiles. When...
Will recording 15 seconds of silence put the caller straight into the conference? Can't see how that would work?
In a nut shell the customer wants the ability to have conference calls where none of the parties involved are internal.
The issue is with Vodafone or whoever is providing the ISDN circuit for them. It needs to be set to pass information on that is sent from the IPO but it's set to send the main bearer number. The problem with VF is getting hold of someone that knows what they're on about and knows how to deal...
I have a conference bridge set up using a voicemail pro module which works as I believe it should. IE Any external callers dialling in will hear MOH/Beeps until an internal party joins the conference. Anybody know a way around that so external callers can go straight into the conference? I have...
