Hello kind people of the Internet,
I am trying to set up an IP phone for a staff but I keep getting the duplicate user ID or the invalid user ID error. I vaguely remember there being an option to locate the 4 digit ID off the telephone by going into some menu option. I can't seem to find it.
The phone reboots after the initial setup but then it prompts for an ext. login. That's where I get stuck.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
