I have a client with an IP Office 10.1 and until yesterday one-x call assistant was working fine. Now 2 users get an error when trying to log in but everyone else is ok. Nothing has changed on the IPO and to my knowledge nothing has changed on the end users pc. All users are onsite and can ping the IPO & Application server. I have checked the settings of 2 different users and they are the same (except username obviously)

Screen shot attached of error, anyone seen this or know where I can start digging?

Thanks

I have just gone to a pc with the error and logged in as a different user and that works fine so it looks like something on the user profile?

They are all set to power users and they have enough licenses, I have also checked on Monitor and there are no blacklisted IP addresses or extensions.

No, if i change the password and try and log in it says incorrect credentials. The error i'm getting is lost connection to server.

I have put a number 2 on the end of his username in IPO Manager and logged in using that and it works fine. I change the user name back again and the error comes back!

Weird, anyway I have it working for now with a 2 on the end of the 2 problem users names and I'll explore the one-x portal logs when i have a few hours spare to sift through it.

I have seen users become corrupted in manager/IP office so it stands to reason it could also happen in one-x. I have never seen it happen but I don't deal with one-x that often.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

If you go into the setting for the oneX call assistant are they all correct?

If so id suggest a delete and recreate the users in manager.

Thank you
